Allison Baldwin and Ilene Mitnick

Allison Baldwin and Ilene Mitnick are co-owners of the award-winning Bed & Breakfast (rouxprovincetown.com) in Provincetown, MA. After about a million years, they left corporate life behind and now fill their days connected only to those things that bring them joy. In addition to 25+year careers holding executive leadership roles within hospitality, retail, manufacturing and start-up not-for- profits, Allison and Ilene were also managing partners of a Marketing Agency specializing in branding, creative services, employee engagement and events. Allison now offers her strategic marketing services and creative direction on various Provincetown Boards as well as the Provincetown Film Society where the couple offers a year-round partnership. Both are passionate about delivering experiences, not just things, and are thrilled to be working with an acutely creative and powerful group of organizers in creating the Women’s Media Summit.
